At the top floor will be a frost ninja ogre that has firearms. Go up the stairs to the building near where you came in and fight off two ninjas. Kill it and go to the nearby shrine, if you activate it then all of the enemies will reappear, but if you hold off and continue onward, then you'll have a bit more breathing room away from enemies.
There’s one Rokurokubi in the corner near a corpse. Kill them without getting close to the barrels, if you aren't careful then the enemies can ignite them and kill you. Go back outside and continue forward, where you'll see guards in the nearby area next to explosive barrels. Climb up and grab it, as well as any items that may be in the boxes. Up the ladder in the attic is another Kodama.
